QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Prior experience in the administration of Health & Safety management systems.
• Experience specifically in the administration of event & action management software systems.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with at least 2 years of recent experience in the administration and co-ordination of a Health & Safety team.
• Experience in the administration of health & safety legal obligation registers would be considered an advantage.

• Tracking and monitoring the department’s budgets and spend.
• Overseeing department movements and administrative requirements.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to the team.
• Support departmental document control and management functions.
• Maintain and design the FHS Health & Safety team’s SharePoint pages.
• Provide training and support in the utilisation of the Health & Safety software.
• Produce reports and manage Health & Safety databases.
• Support the team in document writing.
• Manage the administration requirements of the FHS Incident and Emergency Management system.
• Ensure the maintenance of H&S legal obligation registers.
• Ensure FHS’s health & safety reporting requirements are being complied with.
