    Givens Estates is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our health center. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as administrative support for the Health Services Leadership Team and to assure that the highest degree of quality care will be provided to residents. The schedule for this role will be Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the administrative assistant for the Health Services Leadership Team assisting residents, team members and visitors via phone, email and in person
  • Maintain accurate records of team member and resident testing and vaccination information in compliance with all privacy requirements and governmental reporting requirements
  • Support the scheduling of Nursing Team Members working with the Directors of Nursing
  • Provide support to the Health Services Leadership team such as typing letters, operations and policy manual maintenance, reports, and assisting with special projects
  • Prepare payroll information every two weeks for the Nursing Services staff
  • Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor

What you’ll need:

  • Working knowledge of computer systems and software packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Worxhub, SharePoint, FORTIS, and MatrixCare
  • Possess public relations and office skills
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Compensation is $20 - $23 per hour based on experience, and includes our comprehensive benefits package.
