Description:

  • ROLE SUMMARYThe Health Solutions Partner (HSP) is a commercial role, focused on providing educational & scientific content and supporting HCPs. The purpose of this role is to improve the impact of our medicines and vaccines on patients and society.The HSP role will help to create a better customer experience that results in Pfizer being seen as a reliable partner in helping solve the health care challenges the HCPs patients face.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive deeper engagement on educational & scientific content.
  • Streamline customer interface by acting as single POC for proactive & seamless (compliant) connection to Pfizer SMEs and resources.
  • Responsible for onboarding customers to new operating model platforms

(e.g., Digital Engagement Portal).

  • Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selection.
  • Support attainment of improved patient outcomes through physician and patient education and services enabled by deep scientific expertise.
  • Actively engage in creating awareness and shaping patient access initiatives (Commercial only) and help accelerate patient access through awareness and education addressing external bureaucracyHSP/Therapeutic Area (TA) responsibilities include:
  • Focus on providing educational & scientific content to support HCPs to improve the impact of our medicines on patients and society while also creating a better customer experience.
  • Responsible for partnering with HCPs & KOLs / organizations multidisciplinary teams design and implement digital solutions and to ensure best experience of Pfizer products
  • Partner with marketing team to provide content and dissemination of information to relevant HCPs Key Performance Indicators.Key Focus Areas:
  • Proactive to KOLs and reactive to both KOLs and specialists
  • Utilizing digital platforms to maximize the HCP reach
  • Drive deeper engagement on educational & scientific content
  • Knowledge of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selection
  • Better physician knowledge of our data in the context of improving patient impact and experience
  • Partnership with multidisciplinary external stakeholders (account executives/ BT/ admins/nursing/ clinical ph./policy makers/etc.) to enhance the impact of our medicines.
  • Onboarding of Customers & HCPs to Digital Engagement Portal.QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sciences.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in commercial functions like Sales, H&V, Medical, Marketing with successful performance track record.
  • Experience building partnerships or programs is a plus.
  • Broad knowledge and experience of Healthcare and Pharmaceutical environment.
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
  • MUST be Computer literate: Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Arabic is an advantage.Technical Skills Requirements
