JOB SUMMARY
This individual provides leadership in operational, system, and process improvement. Is responsible for utilizing continuous improvement methodologies to support informed decision making for operational efficiencies and effectiveness that align with system strategies. The individual will work collaboratively with team members to design or redesign systems and processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve access and overall quality of care. Possesses knowledge and demonstrated use of process engineering implementation and execution methodologies and tools. Understands business strategy and business planning principles and applies with minimal guidance in project work. Applies systems engineering methods to manage projects. Identifies and recommends transformation which may include new staffing models, throughput, workflow, space utilization, skill/task alignment, etc. Responsible for data analysis, development of findings and recommendations, and presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering required or 6-8 years of relevant working experience.
