Description:

PART TIME POST 30 HOURS PER WEEK

You will be working in a fully integrated Start Well team with restorative practice at its heart.
Team Leaders are an integral part of Start well, leading developments alongside Locality Leads and managing a range of Start Well staff.
You will work collaboratively with Start Well Team Leaders and School Age Plus Team Leaders to deliver an integrated Start Well and Early help service
To effectively communicate the purpose and function of the team, across the Stockport Family Service and with key partner agencies
To ensure effective information sharing and collaborative working is facilitated within integrated services for children, young people and families through
To ensure that service users’ views are incorporated into the development of services and work towards increased coproduction of services
To effectively communicate complex information to a wide range of colleagues, service users and other stakeholders
To deal with sensitive and confidential information relating to staff or service issues appropriately.
To maintain a service culture which places children, young people and families at the heart of the service.
To promote the vision for the Stockport Family Service both within the locality and across the borough.

You will be responsible for patient care with the oversight of named health visitor and vacant caseloads
You will contribute to policy and practice development through pathways and evidence based practice, ensuring the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and GM Early Years delivery model.
You will identify areas that require development and improvement and be solution focused to contribute to solutions.
You will be responsible for human resource line managing a number of staff. You will utilise clinical supervision and follow HR policy and procedure.

If successful this vacancy will require an enhanced DBS check at a cost of £41.90. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary
In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13
