Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in all aspects of operations and customer care, including reception & registration, process flow, record keeping, appointment scheduling and others;
- Center’s housekeeping;
- Establishing good rapport with customers and following up on their requirements;
- Monitoring of stationery, supplies, furniture and equipments
- Handling of general enquiries; and
- Maintenance of service and professional standards.
