IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING KNOWLEDGE SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Expertise working with hospital, clinic, and other medical project types.
• Possesses exceptional oral and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Generate and critique design ideas with team members.
• Facilitates mentoring and coaching of less experienced staff.
• Expertise using Revit in all phases of design and documentation.
• Possesses an understanding of building codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to continually adapt to find creative solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building materials and specifications. Ability to integrate sustainable materials and construction practices into projects.
• BArch or MArch degree, Wisconsin licensure preferred

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, product reps and internal team members in ways that build relationships and align with BWBR core values.
• Provide overall design and technical execution of projects.
• Produce and monitor progress of project documentation and deliverables.
• Exercise independent judgement, coordinate work, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and motivation to other team members.
• Lead Owner and consultant coordination meetings.
