Healthcare Quality Management Consultant

OVERVIEW

Hendall is seeking a senior professional to support the operation of a project management office tasked with coordinating efforts that focus on improving the effectiveness, efficiency, economy, and quality of services delivered to Medicare beneficiaries. The position requires exemplary communication skills, including with senior-level Government officials, subject matter expertise in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and a track record of providing hands-on management support for highly-visible Government programs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of management experience in a Government contracting environment
• 10+ years of experience supporting programs with CMS
• 5+ years leading integrated project teams, or other similar groups of multidisciplinary resources
• 5+ years leading programs focused on improving healthcare quality, access, value, and equity

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in health policy or related field
• Experience providing management consulting services
