Description:
Healthcare Retail Associate (5.5days / office hour) Responsibilities: • Ensure that the store is opened punctually, and computer systems are user ready. • Monitor the queue and actively respond to reduce the waiting time of patients. • Ensure that the float is ready and prepared on time. • Actively promote weekly specials and practice plus-selling • Operating cash register and handling of cash in the pharmacy • Ensure good housekeeping at retail trading, storage areas and at retail shop floor. • Maintain store security (e.g., stocks, premise, and stored information) always. • Maintain proper records and maintenance of the equipment used in the pharmacy. • Monitor stock levels and replenish stocks in the pharmacy. • Maintain condition of stock to ensure all stocks are under appropriate conditions and in good saleable condition. • Perform goods receipts, handle inter- branch transfers, and error reports. • Assist in cycle counts and stock takes
REQUIREMENTS:
- GCE N or O level qualification
- Excellent service oriented and has good interpersonal skills.
- Good team player and self-motivated
