We are looking for an individual who wants to work with children in an acute healthcare setting; developing clinical skills and providing high quality care to children and families. An opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated and supportive team working on Northbrook Ward.
Supporting the assessment and delivery of care to children and young people with a range of care needs within a 24/7 service
Providing effective evidence-based care for patients under the supervision of qualified practitioners
To work closely with the Multidisciplinary Team
Developing enhanced clinical skills such as paediatric venepuncture and cannulation
The Clinical Support Worker will ensure that they act within their sphere of competence at all times and be confident and accountable for their actions
Evidence of excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment are essential for the role
