Description:

AOTEAROA CAREER AND MANAGEMENT LIMITED T/A ACMI is one of the leading PrivateTertiary Establishment (PTE) institutes which expertise in offering Certificate and Diplomacourses in the field of Information Technology (IT), Healthcare (HCA) and Tourism & Travel.
We are looking for passionate two (2) Healthcare Tutors to join our teaching team.

The role will involve:

  • Planning and delivering courses using effective teaching methods and materials appropriateto the students and course content and aligned with the ACMI Teaching and Learning Plan
  • Delivery and planning of our Health care Level 4 programme.
  • Ensuring all assessments, including tests are completed as per the requirements of thecourse including marking, feedback, moderation, reassessment and rescheduling withinrequired timeframes.
  • Prepare lesson plans.
  • Prepare and upgrade course material.
  • Visiting and supervising students on a work placement as and when required.

What we are offering:

  • Full-Time Permanent Position with a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Pay between $29 -$32 per hour depending on your qualification and skills.

Skills and experience

  • Knowledge of and a passion for the Healthcare sector
  • Diploma in Healthcare/GNM/bachelor’s degree in healthcare/Nursing
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.
