RCR Mining Technologies has a career opportunity for Heat Treatment Technicians at either our Welshpool Workshop or Client Sites.
In this role your responsibilities will include:
Testing and quality control of Heat Treated products Monitoring Heat Treatment operations and dealing with non-conformities Ensuring the flow of materials through Heat Treatment is maintained to meet scheduled deliveries Receiving and despatching of Heat Treatment products Loading and unloading of Furnaces Testing of Heat Treatment products to specification Setup of Mobile Heat Treatment equipment (Combustion and Electrical)
To be considered for this position, you will need:
A High Risk Forklift Licence Preferably DG, EWP, WAH and CS certificates To be physically fit to handle manual work

RCR Heat Treatment has a furnace workshop in Welshpool, Perth, equipped with a range of furnaces to cover a large variety of industrial heat treatments. Modular furnace panels also allow furnace-style heat treatment to be completed at client sites. To meet our client’s specific needs we maintain a wide range of specialised electrical and combustion heating equipment.
