About the role
Our Fleet management business now requires the need for an experienced Heavy Vehicle Diesel Technician to join our friendly team working from our Larapinta workshop in Queensland. Here you will be required to undertake the service and maintenance requirements of all on-site customer fleet vehicles whilst providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • All service and maintenance requirements on the customer’s fleet
  • Ability to work autonomously and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with fellow colleagues, customers, and drivers
  • Document all repairs including parts usage
  • Par-take in the on-call roster with regular overtime
  • Strong Work and Health Safety commitment

Demonstrated Skills & Experience

  • Minimum Cert 3 Mechanical trade certificate/qualification with experience in Heavy Vehicle industry
  • Ability to work unsupervised with exceptional organisation skills
  • Good diagnostic ability with welding and fabrication experience beneficial
  • Current HC drivers licence desirable
  • High level of attention to detail and customer focus
  • Own tools
