Our business partner is looking for experienced Hebrew speaking Customer Service and Order Management Representative colleagues. If you are interested in the field of Customer Care and working in a fast paced environment and you have excellent communication and problem solving skills then our offer is for you!

Pozíció leírása / Job description

  • Being first point of contact for B2B partners (e-mails, phone calls)
  • Checking incoming information about client contracts,pricing, etc.
  • Provide exceptional support for clients with high understanding and communication skills
  • Cooperating with other departments (e.g. sales, finance)
  • Managing orders for a specific region via various ordering channels
  • Ensure the following transactions are done to the highest standard, with accuracy and reducing transaction times within agreed timeframes: Order entry, order follow-up, stock information, backorder reports & invoicing, claim & return handling and crediting

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in English and Hebrew are a must (written and spoken)
  • Professional experience (>1 years) in any of the following fields: customer service, administration, order management, IT service desk
  • Ability to keep deadlines whilst identify errors and recommend process enhancements
  • You are a customer focused team player with attention to details and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
  • Problem solving skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and illustrate ideas clearly and concisely
