Description:

We are inviting applications for the role of Help Desk Analyst II at our manufacturing facility located in Meadville, Pennsylvania, United States. This role involves providing comprehensive end-user support in a Microsoft environment, including support through Microsoft Teams, SharePoint sites management, office printers maintenance, and more. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support in a Microsoft environment including Teams and SharePoint sites.
  • Offer technical support for office printers and other IT equipment.
  • Participate in migration events, which may require travel within Pennsylvania.
  • Work autonomously, demonstrating self-motivation under a remote supervisor.
  • Comfortably operate within manufacturing environments as part of IT support tasks.
  • Utilize provided tools for remote desktop solutions and support infrastructure teams.
  • Support team members through Microsoft Teams and manage SharePoint sites.
  • Maintain office printers and handle any related issues.
  • Resolve any IT related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with infrastructure teams to ensure the smooth running of IT operations.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or similar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software applications
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Enterprise
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Industry experience in manufacturing is preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Willingness to participate in continuous learning and training opportunities
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
