Help Desk Analyst

at  Robert Half

• AV Technician for maintenance during the events, waiting for issues to arise, troubleshooting if

necessary, sitting quietly and professionally until issues arise, good customer service

• AV Equipment that should be onsite: Projector, Projector screen, Podium, PC laptop with mouse

and clicker, 3 wireless handheld microphones

• Event Schedule

o 8 am – Exhibitor set up in Foyer, tables, chairs, etc.
o 9 am – event begins
o 1030 am – break, probably 15 minutes

o 1045-12 (possibly 1 pm) event will continue

• Microphone issues, connectivity, projector issues, etc.
• Making sure the program/event runs smoothly
