Responsibilities:

  • User Assistance: Guide end-users through operating systems, hardware, software, cloud services, and IdP configurations.
  • Problem-Solving: Offer comprehensive support both remotely and in person, adeptly navigating troubleshooting procedures and resolving issues.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Ensure satisfaction by following up with customers after resolving their issues.
  • Collaboration: Engage with users to understand their needs, translating them into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
  • Documentation: Contribute to documenting processes and creating new procedures to enhance efficiency.
