  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Helpdesk Assitant will be responsible for maintaining communication between Homescan representatives and office staff to ensure the retrieval of contracted and equipped samples. Duties include equipment control, maintenance, and configuration of equipment (scanners, bases, sim cards, and batteries), inventory management, cancellation and contract reporting, and tracking household records. Also oversees material purchases, incentives, and procurement processes, including generating purchase orders and supplier payments

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare equipment for hiring.
  • Keep the sample updated with cancellations and hiring, as well as ensure field support by providing questions about incentive issues, etc.
  • Support in delivery of category questions, price survey, usability, and updating of Operational Sample.
  • Management for the purchase of materials to ensure the continuity of the Panel’s service.
  • Preparation of PO’s and follow-up to payment of suppliers, as well as any other administrative issue that may arise.
  • Handling of regular incentives and usability and excellence sweepstakes.
  • Design and sending regular communications to the panelists, as well as being in contact with the entire work team for issues that arise in the administrative field.
