What you will be doing

What will you do:

  • Receiving end-user tickets, calls and emails;
  • Ticket administration;
  • Provide first-level resolution for IT-related issues;
  • Coordonating the end-user resolution in cooperation with the other support units;
  • Diagnostics of incoming tasks;
  • Remote users support;
  • Helpdesk Processes improvement;
  • Create and update knowledge documents;
  • Take part in testing new IT systems.

What will you bring:

  • Basic knowledge in networking;
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory;
  • Result oriented and “can do” attitude;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Proactivity;
  • Good written and spoken English.
