EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED

• Experience deploying applications on Heroku
• 4+ years of meaningful work experience in one or more of the following: Technical Sales, Technology Consulting, Customer Success, Technology Solutions Development, Technical and/or Solutions Architecture
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform well under pressure
• Curiosity about analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms and mapping business requirements into technical features.Knowledge of the software development process and of software design methodologies

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS DESIRED

• Thorough familiarity with the database, application and network technologies used in Cloud Computing (e.g knowledge of network topologies and devices, database concepts and SQL, multi-tenancy)
• Consultative selling, deep understanding of driving discovery cycles to identify customer business and technical requirementsAbility to thrive in an agile/dynamic environment and role, often working independently to achieve customer success
