We are looking for enthusiastic Band 2 administrative assistant to join our small and committed team. The successful individuals will work closely with the Parent Education midwife and Birth Educators and be welcomed into our team.

Responsibilities:

Acts as first line contact for patients, members of the public and staff wishing to contact the HEY Baby midwifery team by telephone, email or in person.
Acts as first line of contact for patients referring themselves for antenatal education, ensuring accurate data is obtained and appropriate and timely appointment is given.
Responsible for bookings of groups and specialist antenatal education services.
Accessing hospital IT systems (Lorenzo and Badgernet) to ensure accuracy of patient information.
Responsible for the accurate inputting of patient data.
Participating in HEY Baby Carousel.
