We are recruiting for Quality Manager/Engineer to join us here at Octavius.
Are you passionate about ensuring the highest standards of quality in infrastructure projects? Join our Highways Team and play a crucial role in the A303 Project as a Quality Manager/Engineer.
We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK.

- Implementing and managing the Quality Management System (QMS) for the project.
- Developing quality plans and procedures in alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
- Conducting quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Providing guidance and support to project teams to promote a culture of quality excellence.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitoring and reporting on quality performance metrics to track project progress.

- Experience in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
