QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• More than 10 years of direct experience managing distribution partners with an insurer/ bank/ broker
• Have existing relationships with Banks/ International Brokers is preferred
• Familiar with the HNW IFA market

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY

• Good understanding of life products and trends that are key within the FA channels and HNW market
• Ability to influence key internal stakeholders to deliver a winning products and services proposition
• Ability to provide recommendations based on customer needs and market trends
• Highly independent and motivated
• Customer centric with strong communication skills
