The Social Worker will work as part of the CBI Health team of therapists based out of the Home Health Services Hamilton regional office. The caseload is currently part time and will focus on adult patients with a variety of physical and psycho-social conditions living in the Hamilton community. This position is ideal for a therapist looking to develop or expand their clinical practice.
