Home Lending Specialist
Customer Contact’s key purpose is providing customer service to Bendigo & Adelaide Bank customers and broker partners through non-face to face methods such as messaging, phone, and email across a range of brands and customer journeys. We aim to assist customers in their channel of choice, to educate them on digital and self-serve channels and we provide a problem-solving escalation point when digital fails. When customers have a banking need Customer Contact is here to help. From pre-sales, sales fulfillment, product activation, service and administration, customer feedback, arrears resolutions we help across all stages of a customer journey.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Based at our Adelaide head office location, this 12 month fixed term, full time, Home Lending Specialist Role reports to the Team Leader with key responsibilities relating to supporting business growth through workflow efficiencies, quality assurance, 1st time capability, document & loan file management; whilst focussing on helping customers achieve their goals by providing relevant financial solutions.
As the Lending Consultant, you will establish and maintain quality relationships with both internal and external partners and will work with key stakeholders to implement and deliver holistic solutions for customers, and drive growth whilst striving to further develop their lending skillset & acting within the Bank’s risk appetite.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Sound understanding of consumer lending and insurance products and services
