    We are currently seeking an experienced Home Lending Specialist to join our Earlville branch

MORE SPECIFICALLY YOU WILL:

  • Provide support and advice to customers to help them achieve their home buying dreams
  • Complete first interviews and appointments with prospective home buyers to determine suitable lending solutions, and submitting applications
  • Make relevant suggestions to your customers based on the home buying goals they have set
  • Provide exceptional service to customers, building trust, confidence, and advocacy to help them secure and enhance their financial goals
  • Build your personal brand and network in the local community to enhance your credibility
  • Develop your business by building and maintaining internal and external referral sources, and seeking external referrals from existing customers
  • Contact home buying customers to build rapport, determine their needs and goals, and invite them into the branch for an appointment
  • Adhere to the Bank’s processes, procedures, and Code of Conduct, including accurately reviewing customers’ financial positions, completing security checks, and ensuring applications comply with our obligations
  • Attend regular coaching sessions to develop your lending knowledge and skills, and coaching your branch colleagues on best practice
  • Research the broader market, and economic and industry changes affecting customers and the Group
  • Use tools to capture customer feedback, and taking action to correct any service breaks and drive improvement
