The Role

  • Grow Athena’s share of the residential mortgage market by contacting and converting prospective customers
  • Understand customers’ financial goals and objectives and offer suitable lending solutions
  • Deliver exceptional levels of service aligned to Athena’s passion for customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the application process
  • Generate extra business by identifying further sales opportunities
  • Prioritise leads considering customer timeframes and propensity
  • Resolve any issues quickly and effectively

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in selling Home Loans over the phone
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing a pipeline of customers
  • Passion for customers
  • Professional, organised, able to work autonomously
  • Driven and self-motivated to exceed targets and strive for excellence
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Enjoys learning new things and welcomes change
  • High level of attention to detail
