Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Home Loan Consultant to join our team and support our valued customers in achieving their dream of home ownership.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Home Loan Specialist to ensure the successful processing of home loan applications. In this critical role, you will meticulously check the validity and accuracy of client documentation in accordance with information submitted via the Home Loan Platform and Salesforce. You will build rapport with customers and lenders through effective communication and exceptional customer service, proactively identifying and solving problems to minimise disruption.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Accurately input client data and submit loan applications to lenders with a one-touch approach.
  • Assist with managing the home loan process from application through to settlement.
  • Verify the validity and accuracy of client documentation according to information submitted via the Home Loan Platform.
  • Maintain contact with lenders to provide timely progress updates to clients.
  • Build rapport with customers and lenders through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Proactively identify and solve problems to minimise disruption.
  • Order valuations and liaise with valuation companies to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in Salesforce CRM.
  • Support the Home Loan Specialist, prioritising customer needs for a superior experience.
  • Ensure compliance with Responsible Lending and Best Interest Duty obligations.
  • Strive for best practice and process improvements, providing feedback to enhance customer experience and team efficiency.
  • Utilise systems such as CTM Salesforce, AFG FLEX, Genesys, and ApplyOnline to manage home loan applications.
