Compass Associates are pleased to be working with a leading care provider who are still growing in the sector, they hold a medium sized portfolio of both nursing and residential homes across the UK. The provider is looking for a manager to join an elderly residential and dementia care home based in Grimsby, which benefits from high performance.
Described as a lovely home, there is a settled Deputy Manager in post along with a fully staffed team. This role is ideal for a long-standing Deputy Manager looking for a step up into management, or an experienced manager who is looking to “fine tune” a service and can look to elevate quality even further.
Forging connections with the local authority, CQC and the community will be key to the future success of the service; requiring a manager who is passionate and driven, along with business savvy. The chosen manager will be a hands-on leader for staff, visible around the home and be able to ensure compliance is met across the board.
This role is commutable from: Grimsby, Barton-upon-Humber, Gainsborough, Mablethorpe, Brigg, Scunthorpe, Wragby and Louth.
To be considered for the role, you’ll be a Deputy Manager keen for a new challenge or an existing manager looking to join a supportive care provider. You’ll have an extensive knowledge of CQC inspections, are keen to promote a person-centered approach to care and build strong relationships.
