Compass Associates are proud to be working with an established, reputable care provider who operate a portfolio of both residential and nursing care homes. They are looking for an experienced Home Manager to join their team, within a small purpose-built residential care home that has fantastic internal running.
Occupancy and staffing levels are notably high, with a fully recruited staff team who are settled into their roles and a Deputy to support the management of the home. Key responsibilities of the role will include enhancing relationships with the local authority and community professionals, looking at quality assurance across the home and promoting person-centred care to ensure a great resident experience.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be an existing Home Manager who has experience of either supporting a troubled care home through turnaround or managing a high performing home. They’ll be able to evidence good knowledge of CQC regulations, hold a strong business acumen and manage with a hands-on mentality.
The role is commutable from: Newcastle, Whitley Bay, Gateshead, North Shields, Cramlington, Jarrow, Ryton, Wallsend, Birtley and Blaydon.
To be considered for the role, you’ll be a driven and passionate manager with a background in elderly care. You’ll be business savvy, keen to promote person-centered care and work to create strong links across the community in order to market the home further.
