Opportunity for an experienced people leader to join this registered charity, homelessness service in the CBD

YOUR NEW ROLE

Your new role will report directly to the CEO and oversee a small team. You will be responsible for the delivery of quality services. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Provide leadership and management oversight in the delivery of high-quality services
• Participate in planning and decision-making, representing the interests of the Services Team and building organisational capacity in collaboration with the CEO and other Senior Leadership Team members.
• Implement strategic and operational plans, policies, procedures, frameworks, charters and practices using a systems approach to enhance services provided and improve outcomes for people accessing services.
• Proactively monitor trends, identify and analyse problems, and develop remedial strategies.
• Establish productive partnerships with specialist homelessness services, community housing organisations, government agencies, the community, and non-government sectors.
• Provide advice to the CEO on issues affecting day-to-day service operations
• Lead and/or participate in recruitment and selection processes for staff.
