Description:

JOB INFORMATION

  • Receive patients and their entourage and conduct interviews to understand their concerns and complaints effectively.


    • Evaluate claims brought forward by patients or their representatives in a thorough and impartial manner.



      • Collaborate with nursing, medical, and administrative staff to address patient concerns and ensure proper follow-up.



        • Provide clear and concise responses to patients and their families, ensuring effective communication and understanding of the situation.



          • Participate in the development of improvement plans in close collaboration with the quality unit to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.



            • Maintain records of complaints received and their resolutions to prepare an annual report and track trends for quality improvement purposes.



              • Work with external organizations, such as regulatory bodies or patient advocacy groups, to address systemic issues and improve patient care.



                • Ensure prevention by promoting communication between patients and healthcare providers, helping users co-construct solutions to their concerns.

                JOB REQUIREMENTS



                  • Solid experience in conflict resolution and mediation to effectively address patient complaints and grievances.



                    • Mastery of three national languages to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population.



                      • In-depth knowledge of health laws and regulations, including patients’ rights, to ensure compliance and fairness in handling complaints.



                        • Understanding of healthcare systems and processes to navigate patient complaints and advocate for necessary changes.



                          • Solution-oriented mindset to approach patient complaints with a focus on finding resolutions and improving overall patient satisfaction.
