This Permanent full-time role is ideal for a Pharmacy Technician who will thrive with variety in their workload as you will be required to rotate across our Epic Pharmacy locations at St Vincent’s Private Hospital and St Andrew’s Hospital in Toowoomba. Gain the chance to upskill your experience in hospital, oncology, and clinical pharmacy services.
Experience in hospital or oncology is not mandatory as training is provided. An interest in the field is the key to succeeding.
Responsibilities:
- Dispense and supply medications for hospital patients and outpatients
- Assist with managing ward imprest and stock management activities
- Customer account billing and record management
- Support patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employees
- Assist in preparing patients for discharge by producing discharge profiles
- Undertake delivery and collection of medication
- Assist with patient account enquiries
- Assist pharmacists with clinical workloads and medication management plans
