QUALIFIED ADULTS SOCIAL WORKER | HOSPITAL TEAM | WARRINGTON

• Qualified Adults Social Worker / Social Work Professional required to join a Hospital team
• Hybrid working
• Office base: Warrington
• You must have a social work qualification and full SWE registration as well as relevant experience to be considered
• Pay rate £30ph
  To be considered, it is essential that you have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration as well as recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.
  The post includes cross-site working at 2 rehab units in Warrington, and may include travel to out-of-area hospitals within the North-West region as required to visit and assess residents of Warrington who are inpatients in out-of-area hospitals.
  The candidate must have statutory experience, with experience of Care Act compliant assessments and MCA/Best Interest being essential. Experience of hospital or integrated team working is desirable.
