REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:
- To manage the administrative recruitment and onboarding process for all new joiners
- Deliver first day induction program.
- Work to the H2H training program for all new recruits by delivering the full training within agreed timelines.
- Present and deliver refresher training by holding regular workshops to all existing team.
- Identify team training gaps and deliver training required.
- Audit and monitor soft skills e.g., Telephone management of incoming and outgoing calls in line with the call monitoring process.
- Monitor compliance wire to ensure all team have completed tasks and compliant within agreed timelines.
- Deliver H2H presentations to visitors.
- Attend and present at contract/new contract meetings in order to build and maintain relationships, add value and ensure consistency.
- Assist in Coordinator duties as and when required, such as order placement, amendment processing, prescription management and dealing with patient and HCP queries.
- To act as an ambassador & champion for the Hospital 2 Home service
- Liaise with H2H Management and Leadership team to ensure the H2H service is aligned to contractual requirements and help deliver an optimal service.
- Identify potential opportunities utilising feedback and process knowledge. Clarify and confirm policy and procedure, as and when required.
- On-call Rota as required (paid as overtime)
- To undertake any other duties that come within the remit of this post, or as directed by the Hospital2Home Operations Manager
