POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated hospitality professionals. The ideal candidates will have experience in high-end event environments, possess excellent customer service skills, and be proficient in carrying three plates. This role involves working at a variety of corporate events, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in corporate hospitality or high-end event environments
• Ability to carry three plates with ease and confidence
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanour
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
• Understanding of Allergens
• Basic knowledge of wine & wine service

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable experience
• Efficiently and professionally carry and serve three plates during events
• Set up and break down event spaces according to specifications
• Assist with food and beverage service, including pouring drinks and clearing tables
• Ensure all service areas are kept clean and tidy
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless event execution
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
