Hospitality Assistant - Daytime Hours

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

An opportunity has become available for a Hospitality Assitant to work in our modern, well equipped office Cafe. This role will primarily be located in our HQ office working with fresh food in vibrant, lively surroundings. You will be assisting the Manager and other team members in serving ( and sometimes preparing) food whilst delivering an exceptional level of customer service to our colleagues. The candidate will also be responsible for the daily health and safety of the Café and follow the food hygiene procedures to comply with the law. This position will be a hands-on role in a very busy cafe environment.
As a successful candidate you will be given full training and will gain experience of managing the site in the Manager’s absence
We would love to welcome you to our brand new, multi-million pound purpose-built Crewe office, where you will be working daytime hours Monday – Friday. You’ll report into Natalie Hand, Hospitality Manager.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES DAY TO DAY WILL BE…

• Serving a high volume of customers in a fast-paced Cafe environment
• Preparing a range of different food items and drinks and processing payments from customers
• Ensuring all dining areas are kept clean and presentable throughout the day
• Maintaining a clean and organised service area
• Manage stock inventory and refreshing supplies as needed
