Join our team as a Food Service Assistant in (Location - postcode) and be a vital part of delivering exceptional food services! Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • To ensure the prompt service of all catering requirements to the Company standards and the Client satisfaction.
  • To serve beverages, working lunches and any other client catering requirements to meeting rooms when requested.
  • To ensure that methods of preparation comply with current recognised catering standards set out by the Company.
  • To clear meeting rooms promptly, replenish room equipment stock, wash dirty items.
  • To set meeting rooms to the standard required.
  • To ensure that all meeting rooms / event spaces are maintained to the standard set by the Company and the Client.
  • To ensure all Health, Safety and Food Hygiene regulations are met to the company standards.
  • To ensure your working area and equipment under your control are left clean and tidy at all times.
  • To ensure that the unit storerooms and other areas of potential loss are secured at all times according to the instructions of the Management
  • To ensure all crockery and beverage equipment are kept to the Company and Client’s standards.
  • Supporting Supervisor to receive and store deliveries
  • To assist with monthly stock take requirements
  • To replenish kitchenettes and coffee machines in client areas
  • To restock vending machines.
  • To follow the designed cleaning schedule for the catering areas and ensure all cleaning completed is recorded thereon.
  • If required, to set up meeting / presentation rooms to the layout required which may include the moving of tables and chairs.
