JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Hospitality Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests. You will assist with greeting and seating customers, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize customer flow
• Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions
• Assist in coordinating special events and private dining arrangements
• Ensure a clean and organized dining area
• Assist with resolving guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
