Description:
POSTE
We are looking for highly motivated, client centric Hosts with a strong passion for creating memorable experiences for our Clients. As a Host, you will initiate the process on building a relationship with the Client by determining the Client’s needs and offering direction to the appropriate departments. You will be the Client’s first point of contact within the store and set the tone for their experience while they are with us.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Customer service drive with excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong enthusiasm to learn, with a passion for Louis Vuitton products and services and fashion
- Adaptable and a fast learner with client centric mentality
- Possess a professional attitude with a mindset of curiosity and empathy
- Prior work experience in retail, hospitality, aviation or service-related industry would be a plus
- Must be able to work retail shift hours including weekends & public holiday
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for client experiences from pre-arrival to post-appointment, including but not limited to scheduling and preparing for client appointments and requests
- Greet incoming and departing clients with a genuine smile and eye contact
- Provide accurate directions in leading the client in the area of interest
- Address clients’ queries and concern according to the brand standards
- Communicate the clients’ needs to the relevant department
- Notify the team about the arrival of regular clients / appointments
- Maintain a neat, organized “front-of-house” environment
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the standards of the company
