Employment Type: Full Time
Full Time Salary Range: €35,000 per annum + 10% annual bonus

What Will You Do?

• Craft Cocktails and Conversations: Mix up signature drinks while sparking conversations and camaraderie among guests.
• Events Extraordinaire: Dream up and execute a calendar of events that keep guests coming back for more from themed parties to live music nights, every night is a celebration.
• Hospitality Hustler: Ensure every guest feels like a VIP, whether it’s their first time at the bar or their tenth.
• Team Dynamo: Inspire and motivate your bar staff to deliver top-notch service with a smile, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Business Savvy: Keep a pulse on stock, orders, sales, and trends to maximise profitability without compromising on quality.
• Creative Genius: Bring fresh ideas to the table, from promotional campaigns to quirky decor there’s no such thing as “ordinary” here.
• Safety First: Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and staff, adhering to health and safety regulations without stifling the fun.

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?

This role is not a nine to five role, you will be expected to work evenings and some weekends as the business demands.
