This is an ideal opportunity for self-motivated, enthusiastic customer focused individuals to join our small team based at Mt Buller. Applicants must be willing to work flexible hours.
As a guest service representative, you will be the first point of contact for the majority of our guests, you will be expected to maintain a pleasant and professional manner. Guest service is of the highest importance for all BSL staff and everyone is expected to wear a smile to work.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally and enthusiastically answering guest inquiries, both in-house and upcoming.
- Providing guests with extensive information about Mt Buller, including accommodation, snow products, transport and activities
- Organising and sending pre-arrival information to guests
- Pre-Arrival and Post-Departure hotel/apartment checks
- Responding promptly to all guests’ requests, enquiries and complaints
- Liaising with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance teams
- Follow all company standards in regards to safety protocol, cash management and standard operating procedures
- Working across Chalet, ABOM and Enzian Hotels receptions.
