Hotel General Manager

• Create and implement strategies for business growth
• Overall financial management of the entire business operations, including the preparation of budgets, key performance indicators, financial reporting and capital expenditure to ensure effective cost control and profitability.
• Review and formulate business and market strategies to company’s growth
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
• Ensure all hotel staff comply with operational and service standards, in addition to hotel policies and procedures
• Provide effective leadership, management, training, motivation and development of all team members in your reporting line.
• Maintain good relationships with all stakeholders, external partners, vendors and suppliers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 5 years’ experience in Hotel General Manager
• Min Degree/Masters in Business/Hospitality
• Working Location: Central
• Salary: Up to $15,000
