Description:

Overview:
Sunday River’s Lodging department is seeking Front Desk Night Auditors! Night Auditors provide professional and friendly service to our guests during the overnight hours. This position is generally scheduled from 11pm to 7am. Full-time seasonal positions are available.

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed guests’ expectations throughout their stay
  • Go above and beyond to satisfy guests’ needs to special requests
  • Assist all guests with any questions or concerns
  • Check guests in and out with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Ensure accurate room reservations and room assignments across the hotel
  • Provide information to guests regarding all Sunday River products and services
  • Assist with phone inquiries
  • Run daily reconciliation reports as outlined by the accounting and lodging departments
  • Have a working knowledge of emergency procedures within the hotel and the ability to react accordingly

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience is preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs
  • Must be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of the position satisfactorily
