As the Hotel Operations Officer, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel. From front desk management to coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that everything runs seamlessly, allowing our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You need to have an excellent eye for detail with a focus on interiors and hotel spaces.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in hotel operations or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Monitor and maintain the hotel’s inventory of supplies and amenities.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as food and beverage, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
- Train and supervise hotel staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
