Responsibilities:

As a Hospitality Hero at Libere Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting guests with any needs they may have during their stay
  • Monitoring the status of the building and addressing any issues that may arise
  • Managing linen inventory and coordinating with external laundry service providers
  • Tracking lost and found items and returning them to guests as needed
  • Assisting with guest check-ins and on-boarding
  • Supervising supplier visits and managing orders
  • Supporting the preparation of the annual cleaning schedule and communicating with the cleaning team
  • Ensuring the spaces are cleaned to the highest standards before guest arrival
