Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software, reservation systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all required information is accurately recorded.
  • Manage reservations and room assignments, both in person and over the phone.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
  • Handle guest complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are up to date.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are ready and in excellent condition.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and generating reports.
