REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant qualification in social care, healthcare, or a related field.
- Previous experience in team leadership and excellent organisational skills.
- Knowledge and experience in working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Familiarity with HIQA requirements and national standards for residential services.
- Commitment to promoting community integration and active citizenship for people with disabilities.
- Valid clean driving licence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of assistants to ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents.
- Uphold the values and ethos of L’Arche in all interactions and decision-making processes.
- Foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and community integration.
