Job Summary: The House Supervisor directly supports the Senior Executive Team and provides oversight for multiple hospital departments in the absence of unit management. Networks with the Delegate on-call and addresses patient care, staffing, and any other issues that may arise. Supervises nurses and staff and takes administrative responsibilities. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to accomplish responsibilities. Creativity is expected to perform the job. Leads and directs the work of others.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3 years acute care experience and 1 year charge/supervisory nurse experience
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Associate Degree in Nursing (ASD)
Proficient in the English language, verbal and written communication skills, computer skill. Proficient IV Therapy skills. Critical
Current State RN license. Current BLS certification. ACLS within 6 months.
