REQUIREMENTS:

Education

• High school diploma or Official certification

Experience

• 2+ experience in the hospitality industry in a customer facing role is required.

Skillset

• Fluent in English
• Ability to spot safety risk and address needs quickly.
• Technical capability and understanding.Â

JOB PURPOSE:

The Housekeeping Attendant is primarily responsible to help maintain and inspect the lounges/facility. They must ensure the highest standards of hospitality and presentation are always demonstrated and follow the guidelines of Food Health & Safety at Jetex.Â

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean and maintain the guest spaces, lounges, bathrooms, and public areas of the Jetex facility to the highest standards.Â
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean bathrooms in guest rooms and public areas.Â
• Maintain and track laundry inventory.Â
• Inspect lounges, public areas, and facilities to ensure they are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.Â
• Stock and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other amenities, and notify the Housekeeping Supervisor when supplies need to be reordered.Â
• Report any maintenance issues or damage in loungers, meeting rooms or public areas to the Housekeeping Supervisor.Â
• Follow established cleaning procedures and checklists to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.Â
• Complete any other duties assigned by Line Manager.
